Refund policy
Returns
All sales are final. Due to the perishable nature of our products, Birdie Bakes Co. LLC does not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances. Customers are responsible for reviewing their order carefully prior to checkout.
Replacements
We do not accept returns, but we will review each situation on a case-by-case basis and consider reshipping, or issuing a refund for items that are damaged or incorrect upon delivery.
To request a replacement, you must contact us at orders@birdiebakesco.com within 7 calendar days of delivery with the following information:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- A clear photo of the product and packaging
- The date the package was received
Approved remedies will be determined at the sole discretion of Birdie Bakes Co. LLC.
Refunds
Refunds, when issued, will be processed to the original method of payment within 10 business days of approval. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received the funds, please contact us at orders@birdiebakesco.com.

Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses.
Birdie Bakes Co. LLC is not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer, or for packages that are not retrieved in a timely manner. These orders are not eligible for replacement, credit, or refund. -
Storage & Handling.
Our products are shelf-stable when stored as directed. Birdie Bakes Co. LLC is not responsible for damage or spoilage resulting from improper storage, exposure to extreme temperatures, or failure to follow handling instructions after delivery. -
Shipping Carrier Delays.
Birdie Bakes Co. LLC is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events outside our control (including weather or natural disasters). However, if your package arrives damaged due to shipping, please notify us within 7 calendar days so we can assist you. -
Fraud & Abuse.
Birdie Bakes Co. LLC reserves the right to refuse replacement, credit, or refund requests in cases of suspected fraud, abuse of this policy, or excessive claims.
