If there is an issue with your order, please contact orders@birdiebakesco.com within 7 calendar days of delivery with the following information:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- A clear photo of the product and packaging
- The date the package was received
We will do our best to remedy the situation!
Refunds, if issued, will be processed to the original method of payment within 10 business days of approval. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received the funds, please contact us at orders@birdiebakesco.com.
Birdie Bakes Co. is not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer, or for packages that are not retrieved in a timely manner. These orders are not eligible for replacement, or refund.
Birdie Bakes Co. is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events outside our control (including weather or natural disasters). However, if your package arrives damaged due to shipping, please notify us at orders@birdiebakesco.com within 7 calendar days of delivery so we can assist you!
